At Shoes By Vidal, we're committed to delivering your orders safely and with care. We work with trusted carriers to give you a smooth, transparent delivery experience.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum spend required.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Total: approximately 4–9 business days from the time you place your order

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by weekends and public holidays, severe weather, or high shipping volumes.

Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes or to APO and FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@shoesbyvidal.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging (if damaged)
  • A photo of the packing slip (if items are missing)
  • A brief description of the issue

Please note: if the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself is in perfect condition, a replacement or refund will not be issued.

Order Marked "Delivered" but Not Received
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Contact the courier directly to open an investigation.
  2. Once you have confirmation from the carrier, forward it to us at support@shoesbyvidal.com.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery confirmation are not eligible for review.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
