This page explains how payments work in our store, which methods we accept and how your details are protected.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and can vary slightly depending on your device and browser.
Currency
All prices on this store are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). The price you see on the product page is the price you pay; shipping is free on every order within the United States. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.
When you are charged
Your payment method is authorised the moment you place the order, and the amount is captured immediately. You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as the payment has gone through. If you do not receive that email within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us, because a missing confirmation usually means the address was mistyped.
Security
Payments run through Shopify Payments and the other providers listed above. The connection is encrypted with SSL, which means the details you enter are unreadable to anyone intercepting the traffic.
We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us, and are not kept on our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last four digits and the card type for reference.
If your payment fails
A declined payment is almost always caused by one of three things: a typing error in the card number or expiry date, insufficient funds, or your bank blocking an online or international transaction. Check those first, then try again or use a different method.
If a payment fails but you see a pending charge on your statement, that is an authorisation hold, not a completed payment. Banks release these automatically, usually within a few business days.

Discounts
Our multi-pair discount is applied automatically in your cart: 10% on two pairs, 15% on three, 20% on four. No code is needed, and the discount is visible on the cart page before you pay.
